Not dinner followed by a sales pitch. A house of separate choices.
The restaurant stands on its own: guests may arrive, dine and leave without entering the gaming salon. The menu is designed around Mediterranean produce, direct flavours and service that leaves room for conversation.
Adults who choose to continue are welcomed by a separate salon team. Rules, stake ranges, risks and stopping options are explained before participation. Watching is always possible. Playing is never required.

The counter follows the kitchen, not a clock.
One sitting, seven courses and a clear view of the pass. The team explains ingredients and technique when each plate arrives, while the rest of the evening stays relaxed and conversational.

Our autumn menu moves from market tomatoes and grilled fish toward woodland herbs, slow roasting and late citrus. Suppliers and dishes change when the produce asks us to change them.

The salon offers hosted roulette, blackjack and private poker sessions in a room kept separate from the restaurant. Every stake can be lost. Results are random, previous outcomes do not predict future ones, and no return is guaranteed.
