Ordinary dining reservations
Where no deposit is requested, please cancel as early as possible by replying to the confirmation email. Repeated late cancellations or non-arrival may affect our ability to accept future bookings.
Chef’s Counter
Counter seats may require prepayment because one coordinated menu is prepared for twelve guests. The exact cancellation deadline and any transferable or refundable amount are stated before payment and repeated in confirmation.
Ticketed events
Event places may have event-specific deadlines reflecting ingredients, guest contributors and limited capacity. Those terms are provided before purchase. If they conflict with this general page, the specific terms shown before payment apply, subject to mandatory law.
Private events
A written proposal sets out deposit schedule, final guest-count deadline, cancellation charges and included services. No private event is confirmed until the stated acceptance steps are complete.
Changes by Croupier Chef
If we cancel a prepaid service and cannot offer an acceptable alternative, the amount paid for that cancelled service will be returned through the original payment method, subject to processing time outside our control.
Late arrival and no-show
We may shorten the available dining time or release a table after the grace period stated in confirmation. Contact us as soon as travel delays arise; we will offer a practical solution when possible without guaranteeing it.
How to request a cancellation
Reply to the original confirmation email so the team can identify the booking accurately. Include the booking name, date and requested change, but never send full card details.
Mandatory rights
Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where a statutory right applies, it takes priority over inconsistent wording in this general policy.
