Our commitment

The gaming salon should provide optional adult entertainment, never financial or personal distress. Restaurant service is independent from gambling, and staff do not present play as a route to profit.

Financial risk and randomness

Every wager may be lost, including an entire chosen budget. Outcomes are uncertain and no result, return or recovery is guaranteed. Previous spins, hands, wins or losses do not make a future outcome due.

Set limits before entry

Choose a maximum amount that can be lost without affecting rent, food, bills, healthcare, dependants, debt payments or savings. Set an end time, plan breaks and decide how you will travel home. Treat the budget as the cost of entertainment, not capital.

Never chase losses

Increasing stakes or extending time to recover money can rapidly increase harm. A loss does not create a better chance of winning next. Stop when a limit is reached and never borrow, use credit or sell possessions to continue.

When not to play

Do not gamble while distressed, angry, lonely, under financial pressure, severely tired or impaired by alcohol, medication or other substances. Do not use gambling to escape problems or change mood.

Warning signs

Warning signs include hiding play, spending more time or money than planned, missing obligations, borrowing, chasing losses, arguing about gambling, feeling anxious when stopping, or needing larger stakes for the same excitement.

Tools in the salon

Ask a host to explain stake ranges, record a chosen limit, arrange a timed break or end access for the evening. Staff may pause or refuse service when behaviour suggests risk. These measures support choice but do not guarantee prevention of harm.

Support and urgent help

If control feels difficult, stop playing, leave the gaming area, protect access to money and speak with someone you trust. In France, independent gambling support information is available through Joueurs Info Service. In an immediate health or safety emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service.

Helping another person

Speak calmly, focus on observed behaviour, avoid lending money for gambling and encourage professional support. Do not attempt to recover another person’s losses by gambling.

Adults remain responsible for their decisions, time and spending. Croupier Chef may refuse or end access for age, conduct, safety, compliance or responsible-gaming reasons.
